Terms and conditions when renting with Tool Time Rental LLC.

Rental Terms and Conditions

    • Rental Payments are due in advance.
    • Customer must insure equipment while in his/her possession against theft, vandalism and physical damage.  We assume NO liability.
    • Cancellation of rental must be made 24 hours prior to rental time to avoid cancellation charge of $30.00.  If weather is cause of cancellation, Tool Time Rental, LLC must be contacted to reschedule or to delay rental until weather clears.  The customer will be allowed to finished rental.

Rental Rates

    • All charges are for time Out, not Time Used.
    • Rates are based on 8 hours of use per day.  Overtime charge of $40.00 per hour.
    • Rental charges will continue on units until Tool Time Rental, LLC has been notified that the unit is ready for pick-up or has been returned to our lot.

Hour Limits

    • 1/2 Day ~ 4 hours on machine
    • 1 day ~ 8 hours on machine - 24 hours out
    • Weekly ~ 40 hours on machine
    • Monthly ~ 160 hours on machine

Fuel Charges

    • Bobcats and Mini excavators include one full tank of fuel.  Additional fuel is renters responsibility.
    • A fuel surcharge may apply depending on fuel rates.

Repairs

    • All repairs required due to abuse or negligence, will be charged to renter upon return of damaged rental equipment.
    • Any abnormal clean-up cost will be incurred on the renter at $25 minimum of $50 per hour.
    • Tire repair is renters responsibility.

Services Offered

    • Delivery and pick-up of equipment in the Milwaukee/Waukesha Metro area.  Other areas are subject to a zone charge.
       
    • $60.00 one way
    • $110.00 round trip
    • A fuel surcharge may apply depending on fuel rates.

Operator Services Available

    • To spread top soil, grade, dig, etc. Bobcat rental and delivery is required for operator services.

Damage Waiver

    • 10% of the rental of the equipment.
